Abstrak
Di dalam pemasaran produk di wilayah Bekasi, posisi perusahaan PT Karuna Indonesia menurut analisis SWOT adalah terletak pada kuadran 2 yaitu diantara garis kuadran dengan skor sebesar 1,25 dan garis ancaman dengan skor – 0,75. Pada kuadan 2 tersebut, strategi yang paling tepat dilakukan oleh PT Karuna Indonesia dalam melakukan pemasaran adalah menggunakan untuk mengatasi ancaman jangka panjang dengan cara strategi penjualan produk maupun pasar.

Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to find out how much relations between the Working Capital Turnover Return on Equity in PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. In addition to determine the effectiveness of working capital management so as to generate optimal returns on ROE PT Mayora Indah, Tbk.
Research method used is fact to exposure method, which conducted research to examine the events that have occurred. Variables in this research is working capital turnover (x) and return on equity (y). The sampling method used in this study is the census method, in which all members of the population is used as a sample of financial statements PT Mayora Indah, Tbk. during the seven years between 2000 to 2006, that is, the balance sheet and profit and loss.

Abstrak
Planning and control represent two matter which is supporting each other and equipping each other, in consequence a planning cannot walk better without existence of operation, that way also on the contrary good operation is operation which is be guided by rule which have been planned. To obtain; get the profit expected hence a manager have to manage its company better and require to execute the function of effective management se function possible that is with the existence of planning, Organization and operation.
From above description hence here shall the existence of a[n role of responsibility accounting, representing merger of reporting system with the system of responsibility and operation system. Because adequate execution responsibility accounting as according to conditions which must fulfill of representing assistive appliance of effective management in operation center the responsibility center. To limit the problem, writer will only study the use of responsibility accounting as a means of financial control produce. As for focus will be aimed at the following problem.

Abstrak
Factors including quality of service and quality products jointly significant impact on customer satisfaction in the sun Dept. Store Cirebon at 51.70% and the balance of 48.30% influenced by other factors. It can be seen on the results of calculations in which the value of f can count equal to 51.945 while the table with degrees of freedom f = k v1 and v2 = (n-k-1), (100-2 – 1) = 97 and with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) obtained f table is 2.47.
Thus the value of f greater than f count table (51.945> 2.47) so that Ho ditolak.Berdasarkan effect of all these factors have significant influence on customer satisfaction on customer Dept. sun. Store in the city of Cirebon in a row that the quality of service (X1) of 0.728 or 72.80% and the variable quality of products (X2) for 0042 or 4.20.
